What we collect
We process the following information when you use PromptQ:
- the email address you submit to the waitlist;
- your Auth0 account identifier, email address, name, and profile picture when you sign in;
- documents you submit for evaluation and the resulting evaluation;
- limited technical information used for security and rate limiting, including your IP address and hashed versions of IP and email addresses; and
- request metadata processed by our infrastructure providers.
How we use it
We use waitlist email addresses to verify subscriptions, administer the waitlist, notify subscribers when PromptQ is available, and share relevant framework updates. Authentication information is used to sign you in and maintain your session. Submitted documents are used only to produce the evaluation you request. Technical information is used to protect the service, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Storage and retention
Unverified waitlist entries are automatically deleted seven days after submission. Verified waitlist entries remain stored until you ask us to delete them. Unsubscribing removes you from active waitlist communications but does not delete the stored record. To delete the record, contact [email protected]. Encrypted private backups of waitlist records are retained for no more than thirty days.
Hashed IP and email rate-limit records expire after one hour. PromptQ does not write submitted documents or evaluation results to its own persistent storage. Authentication session cookies expire after no more than seven days; further details are in our Cookie Policy.
Service providers
We disclose information to service providers only as needed to operate PromptQ:
- Cloudflare provides hosting, KV storage, network security, and Turnstile bot protection. Cloudflare processes request metadata and may process your IP address.
- Auth0 provides authentication and returns the account information used to create your PromptQ session.
- Resend sends waitlist emails and receives the recipient email address and email content.
- Telegram receives administrative waitlist notifications. These notifications include the relevant email address and, after a verification, the ten most recently verified email addresses.
- Anthropic receives documents submitted for evaluation and returns the generated evaluation.
- Google Fonts supplies site fonts and receives browser request metadata when the fonts are loaded.
Global Privacy Control
We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Global Privacy Control signals therefore do not change how PromptQ processes data.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. You may unsubscribe from waitlist communications using the link in a waitlist email, but a separate deletion request is required to erase a verified record. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected].
